He led Southern Atlantic Logistics’ FedEx ISP to a 30% compound annual growth rate and a successful exit, and later grew Regional Express (Amazon DSP) by 75% in its first three years. With a background in engineering and project management, Sal now owns multiple Amazon DSPs, FedEx ISPs, and ventures in real estate and construction.

Ron is a seasoned leader in insurance, risk management, and organizational strategy with extensive experience across transportation, logistics, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. In addition to leading Southeastern Insurance Agency, he oversees risk and insurance strategies for operating companies including Regional Express and Consolidated Transport Group, giving him firsthand perspective on the challenges businesses face in managing exposure, controlling losses, and protecting long-term performance.
His experience spans fleet and operational risk, claims, safety, insurance strategy, and organizational leadership. Ron brings a practical understanding of risk from both sides of the equation, helping shape insurance and risk management strategies not simply from the perspective of an agency, but from the experience of operating within the industries he serves. His leadership is grounded in protecting people, strengthening organizations, and building sustainable solutions for the businesses and communities they support.
